ValidiFI a fast-paced, growing private financial-technology company is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the VP of Human Resources and Contract Administration with various aspects of the contract management process. What you will be working on
- Prepare, review, and revise various types of contracts through execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices.
- Escalate requested variations to contracts where appropriate.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and relevant regulations; identify and mitigate risk.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contacts and related documents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
- Contract management and reporting.
- Stay updated on legal and industry developments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or related field.
- Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a paralegal role with a focus on contract administration.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
